Al and I have discovered how fabulous cannoli are! A slightly sweet ricotta cheese filling (today with strawberries) inside a crispy shell. Sicily is reputed to have the best cannoli. What are we going to do?! Thank goodness they just weigh our luggage and not us when we fly home.
